Branches & Locations
Manage multiple locations for your business. Each branch can have its own schedule, providers, services, and settings.
Overview
Branches allow you to manage multiple locations under a single Pikit account. Each branch operates independently with its own:
- Schedule and availability
- Providers and staff
- Services and categories
- Appointments and calendar
- Settings and configuration
Plan Requirements
Multi-branch features may require a Professional or Elite subscription plan. Check your plan details to confirm branch limits.
Creating Branches
You can add new branches to manage additional locations.
Adding a Branch
- Navigate to Business Setup > Branches
- Click "Add Branch" or "New Branch"
- Enter branch information:
- Branch name
- Address and location details
- Contact information
- Save the branch
After creating a branch, you can configure its schedule, add providers, and set up services specific to that location.
Switching Branches
You can switch between branches using the branch selector in your dashboard. When you switch branches, you'll see:
- That branch's calendar and appointments
- Providers assigned to that branch
- Services available at that location
- Branch-specific settings
Active Branch
Your active branch determines which location's data you're viewing and managing. You can check your current active branch and switch it as needed.
Branch Configuration
Each branch can have its own configuration independent of other branches.
Branch-Specific Settings
Settings that can be configured per branch include:
- Operating hours and schedule
- Provider assignments
- Service availability
- Booking widget configuration
Updating Branch Information
You can update branch details including name, address, and contact information at any time. Changes typically take effect right away.
Providers & Services per Branch
Each branch can have its own set of providers and services. This allows you to:
- Assign different providers to different locations
- Offer location-specific services
- Manage schedules independently for each branch
- Track appointments and availability separately
Deleting Branches
You can delete branches that are no longer needed. Be aware that deleting a branch may affect:
- Associated appointments and history
- Provider assignments
- Service configurations
Consider archiving or deactivating branches instead of deleting them if you need to preserve historical data.
